From Mississippi born and raised outta West Point (point city)was just born musically inclined.Since the age of six has been a big fan of music. His first influence was his father who had him listening too artist such as N.W.A Spice 1 Ice Cube and etc. At the age of eleven he was also inspired by three of his cousins who had been rapping for quite some time and had made the decision to pursue music. By the year 1999 him and his cousins formed a group with other alliances called Homicide 6 & Drastic Measures. They had some local success on their first compilation album but never exceeded expectations with more to come. By the year 2003 he moved to Atlanta n pursue his music career some more. Later on in 2004 he got with D. LEWIS ceo of Jas 44 Records n had appeared on two compilation albums. With the roster steady growing n people working on their project out of one studio, and people overlooking the fact that he has talent he decided to separate himself from the label. "I just seen another vision, myself being a boss and its not like I have any bad blood against who I was dealing with in music. Im just the person who doesnt wait on no one to get shit done for me, when I can get it done myself." So with his back against the wall he took it upon himself to build his brand and start his own foundation. Him and with the help of his right hand man Damien Mitchell (D-Mitch aka Mitchell Boi) formed 4 EVA HUSTLE MUZIK GROUP. Now in 2013 6 Man is currently working on his first project THE AWAKENING which will be released this summer featuring up amd coming artist such as Mitchell boi, ryan b, Mr. Krucial and the list goes on. "This is my time I have been in the shadows for far too long. Now its my time I got alot to say and my statement will be made one way or another. Im not arrogant or cocky just confident about my work."
Born in Dallas, Texas, raised in West Point, MS, music has always been a major motivator in his family. Family has always kept him active in the church, bringing him up and around music, singing and rare occasions play different instruments. "When I stared free-styling at the church, I knew it was something that I wanted to do for a living". Everybody at the middle school knew that I wrote raps since the 5th grade and kept up with each verse." Triple 6 Mafia, Playa Fly, Gangsta Black, Al Capone, are just some his inspired artists at the time he decided to pursue music. His Uncle "B" was the first motivator in making him actually wanting to record a song. In 1999, him and his brother started a group called Homicide 6 and made a record with with other local artists named Drastic Measures. Also, they started doing a couple of talent shows getting their rep built up. Unfortunately, that would be the only album released together by the two groups. By 2003, getting older, while maintaining two jobs, and going to college, music seemed out of the picture but he still seemed to do a lot of features with Off Da Chain ENT., another local rap group. "Those are the guys who brought me back to rap, really. After free-styling on the block with some of those guys, they were just set on getting me back in the studio and making hits." By 2011,wanting to do his own thing, he literally started building his own home studio naming it Any Beat Entertainment where he was allowed to have total control over artists and his on music. "I mean I call it freedom. To work on what music when I want to and work on what time I want is all I need. Convenience! Ya know. I just got tired of waiting in the studios wanting to record all day when I could be at home working consistently." Also, I changed my rap name from Mitchell Boy to D-Magic or just Magic cuz people always get him, his brother, and his uncle confused when we rap on a track. "I mean we Mitchell Boys, what can I say." Currently, he just signed with J-Dog (6 man) on half CEO of 4 EVA HUSTLE MUZIK GROUP. "The mixtapes are coming very soon by the end of the summer 2013. I got a lot of features on there mostly niggas that kept it 100 with me,I keep it 100 with them, just respect."
